A PEEK INTO STARS...

A PEEK INTO STARS...

Aishwarya Rai: -

She's a lady adored by millions of people.Awards won by her were The Miss World(1994) & Discovery of the year(screen-1998). A Million dollar face combined with a strong personality & plenty of intelligence remains as her strength.Additionally a great dancer.Has some hot movies lined up this year....let's see if she proves that model can act as well as look good.On the darker side, Her price. She's charging a hefty crore which is'nt justified since she hasn't even established herself. Her interviews are boring & she's as tight lipped about her personal life as Madhuri Dixit.she needs to learn that media attention is important.

Sushmita Sen: -

India's first claim to fame in the international beauty arena, Sushmita Sen charmed a million viewers as well as the judges with her amazing mental acumen. But her ebullience and zest for life won her even more fans, as she toured the world as Miss Universe 1994. Her fans followed her film career, and her impulsive affairs of the heart with equal ardor and her natural flair for communication proved her to be a consummate actress. Whether it is a child, a waiter bringing room service or the head of a country -- Sushmita Sen's easy banter and ready smile can charm them all.

Sridevi: -

Sridevi is a star who ruled over the last decade. Nimble comedy, luminous sensuality, evocative emotionalism... this marvelous maverick gave memory-clutching performances in a variety of roles. Even when the rest of the film was dead, Sridevi was a killer. So when the film was good, Sri made it fairly resonate with her talent. She is a combination of talent, professionalism, and a versatility that astounds her colleagues. "Sheer Electricity" was how people described the young lady's charisma when she first appeared on the big screen. With the impish charm of a Mumtaz, the stunning footwork of a Vyjantimala, and the spontaneous exuberance of a Geeta Bali-- Sridevi had arrived! Sridevi's private side is quite opposite of her screen roles. Quiet, unaffected, shy, almost reclusive, she prefers quiet days with her family whom she adores and who are pillars of strength for her. She rarely socializes beyond what is professionally required of her. It is this mystique, her quiet reclusive nature, which makes her a fascinating Amalgam. With the applause from co-stars and the love of her fans, Sridevi has certainly carved a niche for herself in the Indian film industry as the most versatile entertainment queen! Sridevi has always been more at home with lighthearted movies such as the Charlie Chaplin riff in Mr. India, the child-woman in Sadma, the beer guzzler in Chaalbaaz and so on with morbid meditations on human frailty. Yet, she has also expertly juggled comedy and drama to become the most popular actress. Her onscreen verve elevates even banal scripts as she extracts juice from pulp, like Himmatwala, Tohfa, Nagina, and Laadla.

Kajol:-

Her full name is Kajol Mukherjee, and she's 25 years old - born on the 5th of August, 1975. That makes her a Leo I guess. She is a very short-tempered woman...and unfortunately for her fans, doesn't like being hassled by her fans, so you people have been warned !!! She won't reply (from what I've heard) to letters written, and if you see her anywhere and approach her, you'll be very lucky if you manage an autograph. Okay so its not good news for her fans, but at least it means that she's straight about not being hassled and doesn't care about how many people mob her every time they see her. But, thats still not much consolation...many have rightly remarked that basically Kajol is forgetting the people who made her famous in the first place - the public can be annoying and full of hassle, but they're the ones who buy the film tickets.
